I just wanted to tell you guys about a puzzle challenge of sorts. My colleagues and I at UCSD are working on the DARPA shredder challenge (www.shredderchallenge.com/). The goal of this challenge is to reconstruct shredded documents in order to win a $50,000 prize. We have implemented a collaborative web tool (shredder-challenge.ucsd.edu/) so the people can come together to work on these puzzles. If users of our tool solve the puzzles before all other teams, then we will distribute the prize money among all the users.
